We have stayed here several times in the past few year's. Great location, clean rooms, and comfy beds. We ALWAYS get a ground floor room with a pool view. Very well worth the money. Plan on coming back in March
The room was good for the price. It's a little old, but fairly well maintained. The hallway was being painted while I was there. The floor was dirty in the room, but the rest of the room was acceptable. The plus side is the parking is included. I paid $40 for parking in Nashville, so I was surprised that it was in included. The hotel is located right by the main street.

Had good time here. The room was neat. Rooms were very spacious and with balcony.Breakfast was decent. Refilled counters immediately. Very near to main Gatlinburg busy street. You can enjoy your stay and have a nice walk around the city.
The location of the hotel is perfect. The room was clean and everything I was expecting. The bathroom was small and unassuming, but everything you would want. The parking is a little strange and the buildings are seperated so not all in the pool surrounding building. Would def stay again
We stayed at this location for a few days while visiting Gatlinburg. We were pleasantly surprised how nice the room was for the money. The staff were super friendly and helpful as well. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. It is about a block off of the main strip making it super easy to walk around town to the main attractions. They do have parking but it is a bit tight and can be challenging if you have a larger vehicle. The free breakfast was okay with not a lot of options and there isn’t much dining space. Good value for the money.
The price was amazing. Near the tall needle and up from the chair lifts. Great AC clean rooms and Great price for 4 nights. Walking distance to Gatlinburg and I would stay again Even a Bear out the balcony we were on 2nd floor. Poor Bear needed food. But you are not allowed to feed the bears.
Great valued stay conveniently located in Gatlinburg and location would pretty much self pay for the parking due to most places are within walking distance. Good for a solo traveler not sure for family stay if anyone of the party may be picky (vs other higher rated and/or priced stays). Place does have some 'smell' which gets mostly covered up by running AC and the bathroom has a fan which works good to calculate air within the room. Not the best but most are acceptable for the price point. My particular room had a minor issue with tub drain lever keep shutting off and had to hold down the lever to drain water after showering. I have booked for a short one night travel and may consider again if I am stopping by Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge by myself.
